I'm 77 and can no longer pull gas whacker! This makes my life and whacking LOTS of areas easy and one battery generally lasts 45 min. Recharges fast (1 hr) and I'm back out. My kitten shows the size of the weed whacker!

This is honestly the worst consumer product I have ever purchased, which is disappointing because the ego lawn mower is one the best. I have never gotten more than 20 feet with this trimmer without something going wrong. I have spent more time trying to repair this than actually using it. The easy loading head has never worked right and has caused more problems than anything. I love my ego mower but the trimmer is awful.

Really like the brand, but if the battery life on these units (own three and two batteries already "toast" - and EXPENSIVE to replace) are a foretaste of the car industry, then we're all in for a "rough ride"!!
