This should be listed for PROFESSIONALS ONLY. I have a laptop, password protected, that I cannot access after my stroke. I've tried every derivation of what the password could be, without success. This disk shows lots of lines and different menus that are meaningless to me.

This had no instructions on how to use it and did not help me resolve the problem I had so was a waste of money for me

The program requires a strong knowledge of Unix and in depth understanding of a non-user friendly interface. I believe it has a lot of capabilities but one needs to know a lot about software and operating systems to fully exploit its capabilities.I would only recommend this S/W to an epxerienced IT professional. I was not able to use the program.
