    I have been looking for a sugar substitute for a while now that is natural, organic, and unprocessed. And now I found it! Everything about this product is amazing, the consistency, the sweetness, and it’s great value. Definitely will be buying again!

    The honey has a great honey flavor.
    However when I opened the container the honey was crystallized.. like sugar.
    Every morning I have to use a knife to get it out of the container. I like honey in my coffee.
    The date is good until 2025. I’m not sure what happened to this batch.

    From my understanding, although this honey is clear, it is raw unfiltered, and keeps the nutrients that are in raw honey.

    I use honey every day and also give it to my dog. Among many other benefits, honey contains vitamins and minerals, has anti-microbial properties, and reduces inflammation. It is also very good for dogs, the amount depending on the size of the dog (research it yourself and ask your vet for their recommendation). I give my dog 1 teaspoon per day, usually on top of a spoonful of pumpkin.

    I usually get a different brand of honey, but they were out, so I tried this one from Nate’s. I liked that it is raw, unfiltered, and organic. However, after tasting it, I am not a fan. I’ve always found that most brands of honey taste about the same, but this one is different. It is not as sweet, which is fine with me, but also has a taste that is slightly odd. Maybe it’s just the one jar I got, or maybe just one batch of jars.

    Update: I soon found that my honey was darker than usual, which often is an indicator of a different taste. I contacted Nate's, they kindly sent me a replacement, and it tastes excellent!
