I initially purchased the JAMBO 20Ft Premium 3 Lane Slip Splash and Slide and encountered some issues with the water spray and durability. However, after reaching out to the seller, they promptly replaced the defective slide with a new one, and everything is working perfectly now!
The 3-way sprinkler system on the new slide works great, providing even water distribution across all lanes. This ensures a smooth and fun sliding experience without any dry spots. The kids love it, and it’s been an absolute hit at outdoor gatherings! The lanes are the perfect width for safe sliding, and the bodyboards glide smoothly now, adding even more excitement to the playtime.
Attaching the hose and adjusting the water flow was much easier with the new product, and once set up, it performs exactly as advertised. We’ve used it multiple times, and there’s been no damage to the seams or holes forming, which speaks to the improved durability. The grass underneath is doing fine as long as we remove the slide immediately after a couple of hours use and let it dry properly after use.
The bright, vibrant colors are a fantastic bonus, and they really make the slide stand out in the backyard. I’m so glad I gave this product a second chance because the kids are absolutely thrilled, and it’s been an excellent addition to our summer fun!

Customer Service reached out to me and sent a replacement slide. They also mentioned a tip to slowly turn the water on so it can fill the middle sprinkler area instead of full blasting the water through it. We've been enjoying the new slide!
My sons were super excited by this XXL slip and slide! They couldn't wait to set it up! They played ferociously on it for about 20 minutes before we noticed the first seam split on top... another 20 minutes goes by and I notice the water pressure is even lower and now there's a split underneath. I might be able to repair it with some good pool hole patches but disappointed that it only made it about 40 minutes before we had to disconnect the hose.

My kid has absolutely loved this and has enjoyed it 7-8 times over the last month. Unfortunately, there are huge rips on the seams between the blue and yellow lane and between the yellow and red lane. And our bigger issue is that the water has nearly stopped flowing altogether on one side, and is half as strong as it was, at best, on the other side. Can't identify any holes or leaks though. Have tried the trouble shooting that I read about in the reviews here (turning water pressure on slowly) Appreciate any help! My kid is missing getting to play with it! thanks
