This was my first time ordering a “renewed” item. It arrived promptly and has only a few cosmetic issues as to be expected. The printer did have the custom programming still installed from its last use (in my case it was a Walmart pharmacy) which will need to be cleared (easy with the built in utilities). The print quality is excellent and the included power supply DID work despite prior negative reviews mentioning they received the wrong supply.
Overall I’m very pleased with the purchase and happy to save hundreds over buying new. With direct thermal printers, there’s not a lot of things that go bad, so buying used was perfect for my application.
