For me, I know how to install, for example drivers for a laptop so that it can run Internet or play sound - How to do that? By googling "network driver for [computer, laptop model]" and by downloading the driver with the words "network connection" & "driver sound". I know no more, no less than that, so I show you how to do that, instead of having to pay AT LEAST $75 to a service technician, that could pretending to spend more than one hour to fix it (in reality, you just need to spend 20 min. at the most). If the one you download does not work, you just need to delete it, and then download another (there are more than one to choose from). So, I am not somebody who just knows how to play with, but also knows how to tackle somehow, with computer. I had to buy that "Vine 2020 Driver for Windows" as my knowledge in fixing computer software is very limited, as you could see through what I just write out. BUT, TO MY VERY DISAPPOINTMENT, WHEN LOOKING AT THE CONTENT OF THE VERY FEW FILES, FOLDERS IN THAT "Vine 2020", I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE DRIVERS, FILES (VERY FEW), INSIDE MEAN ! AND IT DOES NOT POINT TO ANY WINDOWS VERSIONS (PARTICULARLY THE DRIVERS, AND THESE ARE JUST A FEW). SO, I WOULD NOT TAKE A RISK TO USE IT . IF YOU COULD NOT FIX THE INTERNET CONNECTION PROBLEM, OR SOUND PROBLEM, FOR EXAMPLE, LIKE I COULD, THEN DO NOT BUY THIS "Vine 2020" ! UNLESS YOU KNOW FAR MORE THAN ME, THEN MAYBE IT COULD HELP YOU ! TO ME IT'S FAR BETTER TO LOOK ON THE INTERNET THAN TO USE THIS "VINE 2020" ... IN BRIEF, TO ME IT'S GARBAGE ! For TECH support, I give a basic mark of three stars, as I have not yet tried it ! If, for example, I try to make my laptop Win 7 run Internet after freshly installing it, I really do not think how I could make it work through this "Vine 2020" ! No specific driver for individual models, so how could you did into this "Vine 2020" to find the correct one?
