It technically "works", but is much more of a chore than it needs to be for several reasons:

1. You can't email completed .py files
2. No keyword color-coordination (e.g. Statements are orange, functions are purple, strings are green, etc.)
3. Imported user modules have to be in a project package to work
4. No auto-indentation
5. Error messages don't include paths
6. There's no debugger.
7. You can't copy/paste error messages from the console.
8. Parentheses don't highlight what's inside them.
9. Text in the console is sometimes covered by the software-keyboard.

I have been using Python for many years and I find this implementation a great way to explore the resources of the Fire tablet. It includes many of the built-in modules and even includes a pip analog which allows you to install others. There are limitations that programming in a sandbox incurs. All in all a much better way to spend time than mindless gaming.

The app is alright, but it's too glitchy. Sometimes when I use the print() command it doesn't print when I play it. It may be faulty programming on my part but it seems to now want to work with me.

You can write and run python, but the calculations will not always be correct, so to be safe always check the work on the computer. Any programs you write stay at the app, that may be the only other draw back

I'd prefer to use something else, but there isn't much available from the Amazon app store. Only get this if you need to be able to write python script away from your computer.
