I used this in a facial steamer basket insert. I only need to use about a tablespoon pinch for a great steam. This brand offers 2 types..one for general steaming and one that has decongest ingredients. I’ve tried both and they are both as described. Love them. Great product.

Smells Nice, But You Don't Need it

I had never tried a product like this one before, so I wanted to see what it would be like, and I bought it. As you should know, it's not really the herbs or plants that decongest you, but the steam. This product just makes it a much more pleasant experience. At $13.00 a pop, it's way too much to buy on the regular but, even though it's not really medicinal, it would prolly still make you feel very good in general to use this while you are sick. I do like the idea of supporting a family rather than business, and this was a clever way to make a good buck on Amazon on their part. I think I still might buy some other scents in the future to try, just because. This would be more a dainty little luxury for me, than something needed.

These smell so bad. I added them to the steamer and instantly regretted it. It’s taken several steams over several clients to get them smell out. So bad.

Completely ineffective and a rip off. No herbs in this except for camomile which does not a thing for sinus congestion plus possibly toxic ingredients. Bag included for holding herbs rusts upon 1 use. I believe a scam

It smells so herbal, very spa friendly. I'm a massage therapist and this is exactly what I was looking for. The muslin bag was thoughtful too. I'm getting ready to make my tea and epsom salt bath. I'm getting over some congestion and this was right on time.
