Pros: Its cheap and motivational marked.

Cons:
1. Its not Leak Proof. you turn it upside down or shake it, it drips and leaks

2. Water smells and tastes like plastic even after many washes with hot, soapy water, Vinegar etc..., it cannot be removed.
I did not noticed the smell when I used water with ice.Once, I used plain water, that's the time i realized the smell, but it too late for return, so safely went to recycling Trash.

Its not worth of the money, I do not recommend this product.
