I've never ever crocheted in my life, and I managed to make this cute little narwhal in one day thanks to this set. The set came with everything and they was plenty of yarn and stuffing so I never worked about running out. I didn't have a problem with the yarn splitting even though I made mistakes, which I read online is due to special yarn used by this company that is geared towards beginners.
The best part of this set are the included tutorial videos. They are SO detailed and high quality that someone who has never even held a crochet needle before could make this in one day. I plan to buy more Woobles kits in the future because the designs are so cute. Sure, maybe the material would be cheaper to buy separately but I don't know what I'm doing and the videos are absolutely worth the price.
This is clearly a beginner level kit since I'm a complete newbie and could do it but probably also not the best for younger children since it contains several fiddly bits up make and add on. But for an adult, totally doable!
