Bought the Bosch "Factory Reconditioned" RH328VC-RT in part due to the reviews which noted the drill appeared to be brand new.
True to what other reviewers said, there wasn't a mark on the drill, cord, or case when I got it.
This is NOT a light weight, flimsy drill. Went through 20" of stone wall in under 3 minutes.
What a pleasure compared to my old 12 or 18 volt battery powered DeWalt and Makita hammer drills. Don't get me wrong, the DeWalt and Makita battery powered units were good units that took a bunch of abuse in my hands. The Bosch SDS rotary hammer drill is like night and day comparison in performance.
Several years ago I used my 18 volt portable to drill a 3/4" hole through a different location of the same stone building mentioned above, and it took several hours, stepping up through three successive bit sizes.
This drill is like a breath of fresh air. What a pleasure to use.
