I bought this mainly for the speaker function. The light does have several settings and does work but will not add a lot of light to the pool. So maybe not the best product if your wanting light. However the speaker sounds great. Fairly loud but still sounds good. No distortion even at its loudest. Its been splashed and even pushed under water a couple times by the kids on accident. But still works and sounds great.
