The product arrived and when i opened it up and turned on the 3ds xl. the 3d slider wasn't sliding correctly like it should be. i also was stuck on the 3d screen check. after hours of trying to figure out why i could not get passed the 3d screen check. i knew something was not working correctly or was broken on the inside. so i took it to my local video game repair shop and told me that the inside slider for the 3d slider was not repairable because the part on the inside was broken. if i could give them rating of 0 i would. that is the reason why it is 1 star
My bottom sheet split in little splits top sheet fine bottom sheet isn't useable

The DSXL came in like new condition. Nothing wrong with it. Plays good. Son loves it .

I ordered two of these recently, and I'm mostly very happy with them, but buyers should be aware that an SD card is not included.

It's fine that it doesn't come with an SD card, which can easily be purchased separately, but that should really be noted in the product description since an SD card is required to play games and since a system purchased new would come with one (not that they're available new these days, but still).

It's helpful if the customer knows it doesn't come with one, so they can order them also. That way when the system comes up, there's not a disappointed gamer who can't play the games right away.

Arrived a week earlier than expected, and it’s not some other crappy refurbish that you see on this website, it came in amazing shape. No scratches or dents anywhere. Only slight problem is the battery feels a little old, my other 3ds feels like it keeps charge better. other than that 10/10 product!

The right trigger was broken out of the box whenever I press on it it seems to stick almost as if there’s gum in it and it’s region locked in the UK so I couldn’t even transfer my old system to this one

Bought it for my friend and he received the 3DS and loves it. He was able to mod it and it works beautifully. It makes me happy to see him filled with so much joy.
