    Installed a few weeks ago. Working well. Plenty of power from exhaust fan. Only thing I would like to see improved is better control of light dimming feature. You have to hold the button to dim the light, holding the button in one nano second too late and the light shuts off and you have to try it again. Overall a very good product!

    Couldn't figure out why it wasn't working correctly. Long kitchen renovation, with tons of problems and I finally contacted the company. Should of done this a long time ago.
    The company stands for there product. Responded immediately and will send me a new one.

    Functional lights strong fan with different speed settings I use them all. This came with remote control it’s very small so need to keep in a place so you won’t lose it. although I rarely use that. I had a total gutted remodeling of my kitchen and this was professionally installed.so I am not able to share any details if there was any issues during installation. But the guy who installed it had no problems and I had no complaints. He did say I bought a nice unit. This was a new install because I did not have a fan prior in my old kitchen. So everything had to be built out. I am a happy customer and highly recommend this product!

    This is by far the loudest vent hood with the exception of industrial grade. So disappointed. Cooking isn’t pleasant during use.

It has an auto off feature. My husband is a carpenter so he was able to fit the unit up inside our existing area. Very happy with this product so far!

    This is a great fan speed and lights. The customer service is amazing. Super bright lights and 4 different fan speeds. This was half the price of others i was looking at for similar functions. I have this over a 36" Thermador gas cooktop with 2 eyes on each side and a grill/griddle in the middle and it does a perfect job!!

    Aesthetically pleasing and works just fine as a "ducted" exhaust fan, but skip the idea that it's "ductless."

    To attempt using this thing "ductlessly" is to believe sucking air through a small rattling plastic cage full of tiny loose charcoal pellets will solve your venting needs ... as it ferociously blows the "filtered" (hahahahaha) air into your ceiling joist cavity.
