It is quiet, has been reliable, and functions very well.
The only comment I have is that the temperature of the wine will likely be a few degrees warmer than what you have set on the controls. I keep red wines in this chiller set at 60° and the actual wine is more like 65° on the top shelves and 63° on the bottom shelves. Not really a complaint, just something to be aware of. I think this is typical of ALL wine chillers that use a compressor instead of an actual refrigeration unit.
