So far so good penci seem very durable. Iv been doing trim work and can get a perfectly sharp point which I love. And I was framing and led seams strong enough to hold up during layout….. MY PROBLEM WAS THE PACKAGING OF MY EXTRA LED CASE CAME EVERY LED WAS BROKEN. So now I’m stuck trying to re-use broken pieces why you can but def frustrating. I dint bother returning it cause if the hassle. So pencil 5 Stars extra LED shipping 1 star

Great item, good price, just don’t leave the case in a pocket of your tool bag because they will break into little pieces. They still work tho.

Ordered two of these pencils so I had one as a backup. One works fine but the other one doesn’t push the lead out. Just keeps getting stuck

Use these for all of my construction projects. They are durable, they do not smear, leave a very clear line, clean up easily after. They also last a very long time

Yes a carpenters pencil works, but this is a carpenters pencil that hasn’t broken in my pocket. Has its own holder and sharpener built into the holder. It costs more but is worth the price. Very easy to use and I can hold it comfortably. Great for getting into smaller spaces and actually sits against your square when laying out for more precise marking.

I liked the idea of the device but made cheaply and broke very easy since it's light Duty plastic. Honestly would like a refund but doubt thall happen

It's a great design for a mechanical carpenter's pencil. Only thing I don't care for is it needs a screw on pouch button cap or more retention lost mine within half of the first day. Hopefully the company will fix this.
