The app looks nice and really would be helpful to fix and spruce up those photos the camera has a hard time capturing. Especially helpful rather than having to take it to my computer and edit it there. Thing is, it won't open anything I have taken, and it sits there at a black screen a little too long to my taste. I don't have issue with that on anything else I own. So maybe my Acer tablet isn't compatible. Either way, glad it was the free app of the day rather spending wasted cash.

A simple photo editor that has the basic user needs covered but it does not work on my Samsung tablet!

This is a simple photo editor that has the basic features you need to quickly touch up a photo. It has some nice built in features that you can easily use and they do a good job. I liked for example the Blemishes button that helps you to touch up a photo. That app also has:

* FX 1 click
* FX+ Advanced
* Color
* Brightness
* Crop red eye
* Rotate

The advanced FX button also lets you control Sharpness/Blur, vintage, Advanced Vignette, Advanced Sepia and RGB Channels. After you are done fine tuning your photo you can save it.

Unfortunately all is not good, when I tried to download the app onto my first tablet I got the following message:

Touchup -Pro Photo editor is incompatible with your device. You cannot purchase this app from this device. This means that the app does not run on a Samsung Tab 4 tablet.

Overall the app sells for $2.99 and it has limited features so for me the app is overpriced. There are a lot of photo apps out there that have more features. Since this will not run on my Samsung tablet and some other photo apps do I will not use this app on any of my other Android and Kindle devices. If you don't have a good photo app and your device can run this program then get it as a FAOTD. I wouldn't pay $2.99 for it.

So Far So Great

Hi, I bought this recently and because I'm awful with manuals, and prefer to work intuitively, it's usually slow going with camera apps/editors, but this one has been pretty easy and quick to learn I like little pop ups that tell me how far I can or shouldn't push things. It'll also do a quick FX Shake and Bake for you, if you prefer that. I have to tweak shots myself because I'm such a picky person, well, visually. Anyway thanks for another solid tool to work with, I wish I knew where to find a list of everyone's favorite photo apps, as long as they include positive reviews for this developer, (including comments about it, I don't think they'd mind although I'm sure there are plenty of lists out there somewhere. I use them on my iPhone, IPad, but I actually like using the latest Kindle. Okay hus and thanks all around, Jac

Don't waste your money!

Saves photos as PNG (graphics format) and not jpeg (photographic format), does not save full resolution photos. Initially this app was headed in the right direction saving full resolution photos, native jpeg format and nice interface. Then, it went south of the border. I guess trying to compete with PicSay, except that PicSay does everything much better for that particular market segment. Also developer does not allow access to previous versions.

Best app for photos on tablets

This app makes the tablet worth while. Just being able to resize, rotate, and color correct on the "very mobile" is GREAT! In any emergency you can clean up a shot and have it ready for whatever your need. This is an invaluable tool, and I can't beleive how bad the "big name competitor's app" is, compared to this. GET THIS APP!

Superb photo adjustment app

This app does not seem to get much of the spotlight. Simply put, I am making it my primary photo editing app. It gives you great creati e control and nice 1-click adjustments also.

I would like to see higher size export options (to take full advantage o my 8mp camera). The addition of some additional filters mivht be nice but again, for what you DO get, I am pretty pleased.

decent retouching and editing

This is one of the better editing program for android. It works well and is easy to learn if your a novice.. If you previously had photo editing programs it's a cinch to master. It covers most of the retouching components.
