Initially received a pre-scratched poster which was a little upsetting since this was a gift for my roommate. However, I was able to return it and actually received a brand new one the next day. They also messaged me regarding this issue. Wonderful customer service. The new poster was packaged really well and my roommate loved it!

Bought as a gift and my brother and sister-in-law love it. Bought a frame without glass to make it easy to access scratch off's.

Good quality, however it is really hard to scratch off. I have purchased this item twice, after ruining the base layer of the poster because was scratching too hard. However decided to try this again, it worked like a charm when I put a layer of hand sanitizer on it and scratch it off after a few minutes. I know that takes away the fun of scratching it off, but this did not damage the base layer at all and leaving no visible scratch mark.

I got this for my sister who is visiting the US National Parks. Someone wrote a review and said to use Nail Polish Remover. My sister used the polish remover with a Q-Tip, cotton ball, and tissue. All three worked great to wipe off the parks she visited. No need to use a coin or anything hard to "scratch off" the cover. The picture underneath is colorful. My sister bought a frame for the poster and has it hanging in her living room. She is very pleased with it.
