I got this for my outdoor kitchen, so I can cook with electric outside when the weather is nice, and keep the house a little cooler and smoke free. This works just fine, heating up quickly. This actually allows you to choose what temperature you want it to heat up to. I haven't tested to see how accurate it is, but I find it more intuitive than just spinning a dial to select a number that has no real meaning, like on our electric range. It does have some odd spellings, "NO" instead of "ON" and "TIEMR" for "TIMER". I'm not sure I would use this in a kitchen remodel because of details like that, but it is great for my outdoor kitchen. It can be set on top of a counter or inset into a countertop, and is also portable enough to take camping, if you are careful not to break the glass. On that note, mine arrived with the top glass broken in shipping, but a replacement arrived quickly and undamaged.

This is both very nice looking and a bit heavy.
It works with pretty much every type of cookware. It's an electric burner stove top, but unlike the ones I grew up with that had the exposed heating element that the pots and pans sat directly on, this has a glass surface. The solid glass surface is also much easier to clean.
This comes with an instruction manual that I highly recommend reading, especially if you've never used a portable stove top before.
The controls are semi-intuitive; I can 'kind of' figure them out, but not 100% sure without reading the instructions. This is a real stove and not just a warming plate, and it gets very hot.
Each burner is controlled independently, and use can use one or both at the same time. There are preset heating levels, but I would recommend using the set temperature function until you're more familiar with them, just as you would a regular stove; the preset setting are equivalent to the low, medium, high, and the different variations between them: until you know how hot 'medium' is, use the temperature setting.
Cleaning is easy because it's a solid glass surface with no grooves or holes, just be sure to let it cool down first.

This countertop two burners is perfect for outside use. It can also be used as an insert in your counter. The Justments are large and clear to see. it heats up fast and cools down slowly. The high is high enough to fry food and the low is low enough to simmer or hold at a temperature. It is convenient to use. The plug is a standard grounded plug so you don’t need to do any wiring. It’s easy to clean. I just clean. It was soft stove top cleaner if it’s really messy if it’s not messy, then I just wipe it with a damp cloth. I can take it to, potluck with me in case I need some place to warm up or cook my food. It works very well and looks very nice. I like the shut off timer in case I forget to turn it off. It is price very well for the product

I looked in the manual and I can't find what it means or what happened to the stove. It turns on but the burners don't heat up. I appreciate your timely response or recommendation, please. Thank you.

So I been using this cook top for almost a month now and it has been nothing but great to me.
It heats up fast , timer works great, can be used on top of the table if needed or installed into a counter top and it can be used in a rv or camper or camping and it looks so fancy I just love mine it's great and I've had no issues with it.
