The hood is beautiful and works well. The damage is what I hated!!! I would like if we could have that pc replaced in good faith of the company.

The design looked great and was shipped promptly. The box arrived smashed and the item severely dented. I mean it looked like the thing had been dropped from a two story house. Nothing short of the truck having a severe accident could explain this. I had to return it. I will not order more large items from Amazon.

Down side of the order - the name “Comfee” is printed upside down company will not replace with name upright or without the name printed!! That uis such a disappointment!!!

Arrived damaged, even though the box wasnt, wouldnt let me return. So i decided instead of buying another i would just install it, it is so loud we cant even use it

I bought this a month ago while redoing my kitchen. I just got around to installing as I'm finally at that point. When I did, I realised the light had a short in it. I was 2 days past the only 30 days to return through amazon so I had to deal with the manufacturer. What a joke!!!! I had to send them multiple pictures until I finally sent them the "invoice" they were looking for (I guess my screen shots of my amazon order wasn't enough for them??). After 4 days of back and forth their only option was to send me new lights??? I am not a mechanic and it's not so much the lights as it was a short in the button, a huge safety issue. I'm still trying to go back and forth and I've also tried to contact Amazon customer service and they're not any help either. DO NOT BUY THIS HOOD VENT!!!!!! If for some reason you do, check it out as soon as you get it I guess.

I have purchased more than 40 vent hoods on Amazon and have never had one this poor! In fact all of the others were great.
This one is cheap looking, terrible quality and DOES NOT come with all parts! That’s a first for me. WILL NEVER PURCHASE AGAIN!!
