Do not use this for turtle food. It sort of works, but with the greasier turtle food, I noticed after a few uses the trap door would stick closed.
However, this ABSOLUTELY works for fish foods. Simple to use and figure out, and is very quiet, and reliable.
For context, I use a pellet turtle food, with dehydrated insects, and berries mixed in. Might work just fine for some of the dryer turtle foods.
