I ordered this for my daughter’s birthday party. I’m so glad I did. The decoration was outside/ inside and I did a balloon garland on each. When I put the balloons outside, they became completely matte and ugly but Party Shine made the balloons looked completely new. My daughter has allergies and I love that this product doesn’t have a fragrance. Inside the smell wasn’t strong at all like the other reviews mentioned. The smell wasn’t an issue and my daughter is sensible to smell. It’s so much better than the other shines. I will be purchasing again, highly recommend!

The product works well, makes balloons shine immediately. However, my dining room is a skate link now. It never go away even though l moped it. I'd like to return it.

So I have mixed feelings with this product. Granted I never used balloon shine before so I have nothing to compare it to. The first time I used it was outside and there were slight winds. I think that might have affected the outcome. When first applied, it looked amazing but after it settled the balloons had dried up splotchy patches. I’m going to continue to use the product to see if my feelings change. It also came reallllyyy quick, so I loved that.

I read review after review looking for a balloon shine. I went with this based off previous reviews. I applied to two garlands and sprayed completely. Once it dried, it was very splotchy looking. The balloons also popped throughout the entire party and not sure if the spray or the balloon quality was to fault but very disappointing.
