I purchased this lamp for a dark area in a room in which I often sit rather than having the overhead lights on. I was very surprised and pleased at the quality and the brightness of the lamp itself. With the remote control the ease of use is excellent functions that are already built in including breastfeeding and night light are awesome. Being able to put it anywhere as is the standing floor lamp and it has a swivel neck on it I can place light exactly where I need it when I need it so the flexibility is there when needed. The remote control itself has a magnet in it which sticks to the post of the lamp but however where I sit I just so happen to have a piece of metal that's where I place the remote it's not only for the lamp the remote will stick to any metal that a normal magnet will stick to. Which makes it great because now I no longer have to look for the remote in the couch under the couch behind the couch or anywhere else. It's always where I need it when I need it. I would absolutely recommend this lamp for the ease of use quality and the ability to light up those dark areas or to put a somber light on the little ones when you have your baby cams working in the nursery.

Very easy to assemble. All comes pre-wired through piping. The only thing you have to do is screw the pipes together. The base is heavy so it holds it up perfectly. I did struggle to get it threaded correctly, so be sure to pay extra close attention to if it is threaded right. If not it will not stand straight.
Assortment of colors including soft white, bright white and mid. Which is great for separate times of the day. Or even certain tasks. I do like to sew as a hobby so the bright white made it easier for me to see my work.
Brightness is easilt adjustable. Again depending on what time in the day and weather, you can adjust the brightness to your liking. It comes with a magnetic remote to make it easier to turn on, off, and to make adjustments to color and brightness from a distance.
Material is alright. Not to highest quality but for the price it's gold. Again want to mention about the threading. Definitely pay attention to it when assembling the lamp.
So far it seeems durable enough for my everyday use. My family has come to like the versatility of it.
