This is a good quality wet cat food. My sphynx cat prefers his dry Royal Canine food to anything else but I offer him wet food in his bowl so that he gets enough moisture in his diet. In the wet food that comes in the very small cans, he would waste it and not eat much and I was having to throw alot out everyday when I gave him fresh. These are convenient because they are a smaller like 2-3 Table spoon type portion and many times he will just lick the gravy off the top which is still good. I can conveniently throw the little package away and he’s not wasting nearly as much wet food if he chooses not to eat it that day. He seems to only like the chicken and I got the chicken and the beef pack. He won’t touch the beef nor lick the gravy off so I guess I’ll just have to give those away.

We recently purchased the SHEBA premium cat food as it was on sale (during Prime Day) and we were running low on our Fancy Feast supply of wet cat food. So what's the verdict so far after a couple of weeks of feeding our two cats? They seem to happily enjoy it. Generally out cats enjoy fish flavored meals, but we decided to mix-up the portions a bit and grab some chicken and turkey into the mix. The portion is a bit small, but it's honestly the perfect portion for a balanced diet for any cat. As always, we recommend consulting with a Veterinarian if you have any questions on allergies or food recommendations on what your cat needs. Our cats have not exhibited any abnormal health signs after eating the food (no vomiting, fatigue, or changes in behavior) which is a good sign.

Pros
- A variety of different flavors to choose from.
- Individual serving sizes and great for multiple pets (without the need to measure serving sizes yourself).
- Zero artificial flavoring or preservatives used (grain-free without soy or wheat).

Cons
- Portions are a bit smaller than regular can cat food. They're about 24 individual servings.
- They can be expensive to purchase compared to other wet can cat food.

Is it worth it?: Depending if your cats enjoy this type of cat food. Again, we recommend consulting with a vet or trying a single can out first. If your cats enjoy them then it's definitely worth it. We just suggest buying them on sale.

Vet asked if i used plastic bowls. Friend said plastic bowls bad for cats. My husband asked is the Sheba stored in plastic bad?

Storage in plastic is relatively safe, unless you expose the plastic to extreme heat. If the plastic safety issue is a concern, then we suggest removing the food contents in the cups and putting them on a regular stainless steel bowl.

Is this 12 (2 pack portions) for an actual total of 24 individual packs or 6 (2 pack portions) for a total of 12 individual portions? Thank- you.

This was a bit confusing for us as well! It is 24 individual servings.

Overall, we recommend trying the SHEBA brand of cat food out and seeing if your cat enjoys this type of cat food. Remember, all cats are different and not every food type will fit their individual needs.

Cat loved the smell and taste and it was a healthy sized proportion. I recycle so I hope that they don’t add to the plastic in the ocean.

My cat loves his product. He waits for it every meal. He eats it all up real quick and he’s happy energetic. His poop is regular no runs or anything if I try and feed him anything else he will not eat it. All he eats all this real quick loves the food.

My cat seems to like it but I find the packages hard to
Open / peeling back the foil to get to the food. Also you have to cut the two packages apart with a pair of scissors.

I use these for my elder cat who has some teeth issues, and for our barn cat to supplement his gopher meals. They (both cats) much prefer the cuts in gravy and I just recently accidentally ordered the pate style again...but the barn cat will eat whatever...indoor cat is a bit of a jerk and will not eat the pate but loves the cuts in gravy.

Anyway, all cats are a bit different, but two of my three cats seem to dig these. I like the portioned amounts as it prevents having to use the can toppers and such to buy the bigger cans, and I can half-meal easily with the twin packs.

I know these are a bit more waste generating that the cans...but damn these little suckers are convenient.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good value compared to buying in stores.

My cat is somewhat picky and loves these. Each pack seperates into two separate portions, one for breakfast and one for dinner. It is also easy to open and dump out into her bowl. The only drawback is that this comes in a box with 24 packs and I have this on a monthly subscription. I have to buy other food for the 6 or 7 days of each month.
