Entertaining screen saver.

If you love tropical fish you will like this screen saver. Easy to install and the marine acquarium is very enjoyable to watch. I particularly like having the time on the screen. It's inside the acquarium with the fish. Two things I don't care for are the number of fish allowed at one time (only 7) and that the clock has a logo on it. The instructions say I can deminish the logo size, but even though I have followed them carefully many times, the logo size is unchanged. Nevertheless, it is a pleasing, visual treat and I like it best of all my screen savers.

Beautiful in every way!!! Even the little clown fish specie of Walt Disney's PIXARS "FINDING NIMO"is included. I have put it on all the family's computers. It's better than the real thing because you don't have to feed the fish or clean the tank. The fish movement is incredibly real and graceful on my Dell XPS 3.8ghz. Your computer power should be,at lease, 2.0ghz.

Get the Marine Aquarium 2.5 version and not the first Marine Aquarium,which is nice,but limited. The 2.5 has the 'rock-glass Time/clock/date calender'and more fish selection for the tank. Great screen saver for the computer,it almost makes me want to "tap" on the screen.

MARINE AQUARIUM 2.5 UNABLE TO MAKE IT WORK AND SELLER UNWILLING TO COMPENSATE PURCHASER

I PURCHASED MARINE AQUARIUM 2.5 AND TRIED REPEATEDLY AND UNSUCCESSFULLY TO DOWNLOAD IT. I SENT 2 EMAILS TO THE SELLER AND HE REPLIED THAT HE WAS NOT THE MANUFACTURER AND HAD NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT.

INCIDENTALLY I TRIED TO MAKE USE OF ASSISTANCE AT THE WEBSITE OF NEW MEDIA MERCHANT AND WAS UNABLE TO GET ASSISTANCE, EVEN THOUGH THEY INDICATED THAT ASSISTANCE WAS AVAILABLE.

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD A PROBLEM WITH AN AMAZON PURCHASE AND I HAVE MADE QUITE A FEW. IF THIS PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED I DOUBT THAT I WILL USE AMAZON AGAIN.

Not impressed. Locked up my screen occasionally, and effects are kind of cheesy. I uninstalled it, and will not re-install it on anything I own.

This is ok - does all that it claims to. However, we had a free demo from Fry's that came on our computer that looks exactly the same (minus the Fry's logo in the background). This just offers a few more fish. Wish I could change the background - you can't. So, if I had it to do over, I would have saved my $$$.

Great screensaver for fish lovers and keepers

Marine Aquarium 2.5 is a great, realistic screensaver to have if your a fan of fish or you enjoy keeping them. I got this screensaver to help me coup with being away from my fish tank at home while I study at college. This purpose is ideally suited as the fish are very realistic and behave as wild fish would. I enjoy how you can optionally have daytime and nighttime light effects on the scene, or add different species of fish to the fray. One of the only things I can negatively say about this program is that only one background scene is available.
With only one minor deficiency this program will keep you satisfied and relaxed for a long time.

My elderly mother has been wanting an ocean screensaver ever since she saw one on a computer in a Radio Shack near her. I ordered this one for her was disappointed to see the giant clock in the middle of the ocean when we put this on her computer. I feel like it completely detracts from the fantasy of viewing sea life in the depths of the sea. However....she LOVES it. She doesn't mind the discordance of th clock within the ocean. She is thrilled that she can glance at her screen and see the time and date in a large format, even from across the room. Go figure. At any rate, I am giving the product a high rating, because it is just perfect for her.

I have used Marine Aquarium in pc's for
years,it is the best aquarium screensaver
I have seen or used.
I ordered it for my I-MAC 24, since I knew it
and has a wide screen feature.
But it does not work with OS X 10.5.4 leopard
Install is fine,but when you use it,a window appears
"version does not work,ask vendor for newer version"
I returned it.
PS Installed 2.6 for mac os 10,last night,works great,,,,Mac owners,this
is the version,you need!!
