I bought this product so that I could digitize my old 8mm and Hi8mm films and store them on computer. I ran 3 films through the camera/digitizer successfully but, thought I might improve the movies by changing settings, when I re-ran the same films, the movies were unusable because they were covered by a digital snowstorm. I contacted the seller, explained my issue and he volunteered that he would send me a cleaning cassette to fix the problem. The cassette was delivered today.
The reason this is so impressive is that, the seller is in California, USA and I live in Spain. The seller made no charge for the cleaning cassette nor for the postage, etc. It also arrived very quickly considering the distance involved and that this all happened over the Christmas, New Year holiday period.
