I bought this product renewed by i-tech mall through Amazon. At first, I was pleased with the product. Now 5 months later the microphone has stopped picking up my voice off and on and after trying every troubleshooting tip for it out there it's just getting worse. I was told to contact Razer for a warranty and after contacting Razer they told me that the product was indeed still under warranty, however, they would not honor it because I-TECH MALL IS NOT AN AUTHORIZED DEALER. I was told to contact the seller to see if they would help. I have jumped through endless Amazon hoops to try and contact them with no luck. Ridiculous. My advice is don't waste your time and spend a little extra on a new product so you don't get shafted by them like I did.
