Please read the other reviews where people said 1) this software does not work, 2) the software does not tell you where downloaded software is located, 3) there is NO DOCUMENTATION WHATSOEVER, 4) no FAQ, 5) no debugging instructions, 6) and no way to submit help desk tickets! You have been warned to not buy this software. Ugg.

My complaints are not so much on the download manger as much as the "need" for one on a fire device. The firestick that I ordered it for should be much mor euser friendly when it comes to adding apps to it. It's inteface is clunky in my opinion, but usable.
