The top coat is another story.. I HATE it. There were so many good reviews on this top coat and I don’t know why! First, it’s sooo liquidy and runny. Second, less than 24hrs after application it is so dull, cloudy and scratched up. I’m not sure how well the pictures show it since I don’t have any color under so it’s hard for the camera to pick up all the scuffs. I’m not rough on my nails at all. I’m a stay at home mom, so most of my day consists of light house keeping and playing with my toddler! Other top coats I’ve used have never had this problem. I didn’t really see any other reviews stating that the top coat doesn’t hold up well, so I’m not sure if the top coat I received is defective or what. I’m definitely disappointed by it and obviously can’t return it since I got the set of base, builder and top coat. I was going to order some colors from Modelones since I would love to try some out as well but now I’m second guessing it because I’m worried they won’t hold up well and they will look dull after a day just like the top coat :(
