    This laptop is fast and suitable for casual web surfing and video watching. Not great for modern gaming.
    Downside is that the sound is behind the screen, so I recommend using external speakers.
    The fan can be loud and annoying, but this is expected if the computer is doing something CPU-intensive such as large updates.

    Overall, great AIO computer.

    Works well, great performance. If you already have a Microsoft 365 account, setup is even easier - it restores everything, including your Office apps and files to the new computer. I also liked that the camera has a privacy cover so I don't have to use a piece of folded cardboard to cover the camera anymore. With Windows 11, and the way W11 lets you tile all your apps, the 27" screen has plenty of real-estate and I don't need a second monitor anymore.

    Only downside is the keyboard. The keyboard is a flat keyboard and the letters are hard to see depending on the light. I'm not a tough typist, so I have to be able to see the keys. I swapped it out with my Logitech keyboard and mouse that I used on my other computer and those work great.

    I had my computer man set it up. It is so much faster and I love the bigger screen. So far, everything seems to work fine although I haven't figured out to activate the touch screen. Not even a helpful hints guide with the product. I guess that is normal these days, answer the question with a google search. I'm showing my age. Delivery was prompt and well communicated.

    My prior all-in-one desktop computer was ten to twelve years old and was very slow with frequent buffering. This new desktop commuter is fast and efficient. The picture is beautiful, with no obvious pixelation. The sound is fine. There is NO touchscreen. Setup was easy after I finally found my PIN number for my router. I am very, very happy with this purchase and the price for this product was reasonable.

    I now have a terminal which is useless to me. Trying to decide what to try next. Nice looking terminal. Lousily operating system! I was expecting to go through the passes word and user id an have access to Windows, what I got was a stream of login requests with a another password selection and is some cases charge card information for unknown applications which I may never use. That was all lost when I received some help cleaning up my office. All that information is now lost as I was unable to rescue the paper from the trash pile. I do not know what I am to do. Return return the terminal?
