I purchased these headphones to get something: 1) affordable, 2) lightweight, and 3) great for phone calls. After research, these were the best option (see rtings.com for mic quality testing). The sound quality, noise isolation, and battery life are not amazing, but these were acceptable for me to achieve the low cost and low weight to take these running and skiing.
