I have been playing flute since I was in 6th grade and now I am a freshman. My own flute broke in February, so I decided to buy a new one. I got this one delivered and immediately fell in love with it. I am not a professional on flute but this one works so well! It is definitely worth more than $60. Also, the nickel is soooo pretty!

I have no idea how this is compared to any other flute , but seems good to me. The end cap was stuck inside of the flute and took some work to get it out .

I have been playing flute throughout my life off and on for 60 years. I own a professional level flute and a less expensive backup flute. I am judging this Juuxaan flute strictly on the basis that it claims to be for beginners.

This flute comes with a nice zippered carrying case, an instrument stand, a cleaning rod, a cleaning rag, a polishing cloth, a screwdriver, and white gloves. All that a student would need is a music stand, some music, and an instructor.

This flute is made of cupronickel. It is a bright and shiny silver-colored instrument. This is a standard full-sized student model concert flute in the key of C. It is a closed hole, 16-hole flute with offset G key and a split-E mechanism, which is usually found on newer flutes. It has a C footjoint and Italian leather pads. I found no sticky pads or other problems with the keys. Also, I noticed no air leaks. All the basics were in great shape.

I tried this flute and was able to play all the notes from C1 to C4, which are the standard notes on a flute. C1 and C4 can sometimes be tough to get out. However, they came out easily on this flute, and I have not played much during the pandemic. I thought its tone was actually quite good.

I ordered this flute as I am going to start my granddaughter on flute lessons. I would not recommend buying an expensive flute for a child until you know if they like it and will stick with it. Renting a musical instrument can cost $40 a month.

This is a great instrument to start on. I would recommend it to anyone starting a child out on the flute. Just hide the screwdriver. This flute actually exceeds all my expectations for a beginner's flute. It seems well made. It is attractive. The package is complete. For these reasons, I give this beginner's flute 5 stars.

The f makes a squeaking noise instead of how the note should sound. Buy a professional one before relying on a cheap one from Amazon.

The sound is good. The flute's appearance is great at first, but within a couple weeks the silver top coat comes off. The nickel shows through and it gives it more of a tarnished or cheap look. I honestly think it would be better if they let a person choose between the silver or nickel look. My son is happy with it either way because it doesn't affect the sound, just the look.
