I ordered this Dealswin USB Cooling Car Fan for Backseat Kids: Headrest 360° Rotatable Dual Head Powerful Back Seat Fans for Vehicle Rear Seat for my stepdaughter who is the mother of my grandson. My GS sweats a lot and the stepdaughter car is not every efficient in keeping the car cool enough. I thought that this might be helpful to keep him cool when she brings him over to visit. The fan comes with a USB-powered cord, that is just the right length to reach the port on the center console in the back seat. The fan has 2 head and comes with 3 speeds which appear to work very well. The fan heads can be adjusted and position in multiple ways to cool high or lows. The fans have protections around the blades, so I do not have to worry about my grandson getting his hands the speeds work well, and is surprisingly cooling, in combination with having the A/C on. Chills the back seat quite nicely. The fans are pretty loud. But its a small price to pay for the cool backseat.

It's probably the heat stroke talking but my AC is out in my car so this little thing has been great, I know it's made to clip onto the seat for the back seat but I clip it to the passenger seat because I rarely have anybody in It, and it directly blows on me and it keeps me from passing out in my car LOL. He's a great investment. We'll get the AC fixed soon, but until then the stop Gap has helped me. It works really well, I originally bought another fan battery powered but you couldn't leave it plugged in while you used it, something I figured out after I got it. I got this one because you just plug it in and leave it alone. That's fine, that's good for the car. It's got three settings. You can change the angles of the fan and it stays where you put it. The clip for the headrest Post, is pretty sturdy. Doesn't slip

My dog loves this!

So we have an all black dog in our family. She does not do summer well as you might imagine. Now dogs mainly cool themselves by panting but they also can cool to a lesser degree just by a slight radiation of body heat to the air.

Now when we travel in the car, she has a spillproof water bowl with cool water to drink from. She still pants excessively. That's why we got this dual fan setup. It installed in just a minute to the passenger headrest support. Finding a way to plug in the Type A power cord was the hard part. This could be so much better if it was rechargeable. Then we could take it around to use as we walked.

After the setup, I pointed both fans towards where she sat in the back seat. She cowered and moved as far as she could away from the fans. Oh well, there's twenty bucks wasted.

Later I happened to look in the back seat and there she is lying peacefully with both fans blowing on her. She had even adjusted one fan with her nose! When we stopped, my wife went into a store but before going in she moved both fans away from our dog. I watched in amazement as she muzzled a fan over towards her. Later she did the same to the other fan. They told us when we got her that Kelpi dogs were smart but she still amazes us.

OK now, the dual fan setup is good. The articulation of each fan is good too. The fairly short but doable cord is a pain. That makes it a bit pricey for what you get. I still would recommend it though. We can always run it with a power bank away from the car if we want.

Another thing we found helpful for our dog on long trips is to put what they call a cooling pad over the back seat for her to lie on. She likes that too.

These Are Nice!

Pros:
-USB-powered, so one plug does it all.
-Cord is just the right length to reach the port on the center console in the back seat.
-Fans are positionable.
-3 speeds and they all work remarkably well.
-Different sizes on the clamp for the headrest.

Cons:
-If your car doesn't have USB, you'll need an adapter, so even more money.
-Cord is *just* the right length. You're out of luck if your vehicle is slightly bigger and you're not quite able to reach that USB port that's ever so slightly out of your reach.
-Fans are LOUD. (I get it, they run on motors, they'll make noise, etc. These are still LOUD. Imagine full-bore GPU cranking out Cyberpunk2077 with Ray Tracing. Any PC gamer will know what I'm talking about.) Imagine that aimed at your face.

Final thoughts:
Build quality is surprisingly good, the USB connection is nice (no fumbling for a cig lighter socket plug), the speeds work well, and it *is* surprisingly cooling, especially when you have the A/C on. Chills the back seat quite nicely. The price is fair, there's a coupon (as of writing this), and it's surprisingly sturdy. The fact that it works as well as it does is a pleasant surprise, too. Absolutely recommended.
