5.0 out of 5 stars Great value for the price

If you want a nice sounding piano that sounds great with nice touch, this keyboard is lightweight, portable, has internal battery, nice padded case, music holder, sustain pedal, and keyboard stand: a great choice. The speakers are decent for this size/weight, and the semi-weighted keys are pleasant to play. I do 9 monthly concerts at senior living venues, 4 of which I must take my own keyboard, and this keyboard fills that need very well!

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing Piano Keyboard
Reviewed in the United States on June 16, 2024
Such an amazing piano keyboard set! We couldn’t be more thrilled with everything from how it was packaged, the quality of the product and the sound. It’s the perfect set for my granddaughter who just started piano lessons 6 months ago. This set will last her for many years to come! Customer service followed up right away to offer their assistance wherever we needed. They are so friendly.

4.0 out of 5 stars Slim affordable but pitchy keyboard

Pros: I love how slim this keyboard is, it has a minimum of buttons and several options to plug it in. It's 88 keys but still fits in my 55" closet! Very pretty.

Cons: it just sounds off, pitchy in a way that I kept trying to ignore but couldn't. The keys are inconsistently weighted, certain ones play a lot louder even when carefully pressed the same as the other ones. The USB C cord that comes with it is very short but that's not an expensive fix.

Maybe I got a bad one. Maybe my ears are too sensitive for a two-hundred dollar keyboard. Dunno.

5.0 out of 5 stars Decent Keyboard - Value for the Money
Reviewed in the United States on December 16, 2023
Great lightweight keyboard for the money! Semi-weighted keys. The sound on the piano function is a bit hollow until you turn up the volume or use an external speaker. Of course I am comparing it to a $2000+ Roland digital piano which weighs 300 lbs. I am very happy with this keyboard which was a bargain!

3.0 out of 5 stars Basic sound is okay but there are problems
Reviewed in the United States on May 10, 2024
For weeks after receiving I was undecided about whether to return this keyboard or not, I chose to keep it since I don’t have need of many of its capabilities, some of which are below par. For a basic piano sound it’s okay.

Setting up options is cumbersome, you must first press a Setup key and hold it, a beep sounds, you continue holding, then press another key defined in the manual for the option you wish.

The keyboard is powered by a rechargeable battery like so many modern devices. At this time I don’t know how long a charge lasts.

There are 128 “tones” (such as piano, clarinet, organ, etc) plus 128 rhythms (you set a rhythm and then you can play along with it). Some of the tones are pretty bad; like the Harpsichord. I plan to only use the “Piano 1” and “Rhodes Piano” tones. More serious problem is a few notes are out of tune. There are 20 Demo songs so you can hear how it sounds. There is a music stand but the lower “lip” is too shallow so books slide right off (haven’t figured out a good way out of that).

There is a stand and when you register the warranty on the website they send you a free upgraded sustain pedal. Their support person via email is very nice.

More options: there is a Record function so you can play a piece then listen back. There is a Bluetooth function if you have music apps on another device to connect to. More options: chord, metronome, volume, transpose, tempo, vibrato, and others. Personally I won’t be using any of them. They might be handy in a performance setting but I can’t recommend this keyboard for a professional musician. I wish the manual explained more, you have to play around to see what the options do and how to adjust them. I’ve had this for three weeks and still don’t know what a lot of things do.

Of course there are good things, I don’t want to seem one sided here. I’m a person who used to play Rhodes and Moog, I haven’t played for many years and had no keyboard until now. I’d like to get my fingers strong enough to play some of my old compositions again, I bought books and will use this keyboard to practice. It will be fine for my simple needs. There is a headphone jack so I don’t disturb my neighbors. The jack is on the rear so use something with a long cable. There is an MP3 jack but I don’t know the capabilities of that.

The price is low so don’t expect the highest quality, for me it’s worth its price.

5.0 out of 5 stars Keyboard became faulty
Reviewed in the United States on August 20, 2024
I bought the Longeye 88, pianoto hopefully learn to play. I got it in Jan. In Aug. the keyboard started to play two tones for one key struck. I emailed the co. they asked for a short video, which could not be uploaded. Too much space, so we opted for a audio file. Their response, you will receive a new kit in 5 to 9 days.
So when it arrived, there is nothing telling me how deal with the warranty of my original kit. Their response, you may keep your original and you may dispose of at your convenience.
I'm very impressd! Also quite happy as I blunder through my attempt to become the next Mozart!
Thank you so much Longeye. Your amazing.

Nice keyboard for learning piano. The stand is very easy to assemble and operate. The keyboard has a how to book that is easy to understand and follow. The inclusion of free piano lesson is a plus although you have to pay after the free trial. The entire ensemble is very much worth the price.
