    I have only completed the first 2 lessons, but I am convinced that this is a great product for me! I have always wanted to learn to 'sign', even though I do not know anyone that uses it (personally).

    The way the teacher explains how/why you'd want to sign specific things, and the slowness of the motions, is condusive to learning. She also continues to use the signs as you get a further into the lessons, thus reiterating the signs so that they stick in your head.

    I already know how to greet, and a few basic questions and answers. This is great!

    I downloaded this program hoping to help me more in the communicating with the deaf in a workplace, but it was more on a personal level, such as teaching how to ask 'where do you live', 'what's your phone number', and talking about the TTY or TDD phone systems.
    Before I ever completed the 9 sections, I took the quiz, and it was either common sense, or the few signs that I already know. Therefore, this is was not helpfully to me in any way. Books have helped me further than this has. And amazon wont refund the money if you have already downloaded it. I wasted my money downloading this.
    From now on, I will find programs in a store, that way if they aren't what I was looking for, I can return them hassle free.

    This is great for beginners! I've had years of experience signing and practicing but it's great to keep updating my signing and learning signs if I forgot one and may only remember the fingerspelling for that word. It's great to have for more people to learn to come in contact with those to communicate with!

    I only bought this because I received a free $10 promotional code from Amazon. I saw a couple negative reviews & thought I would give it a shot since it was free & I am interested in a basic introduction to sign language. I'm only on the 2nd lesson, but the static noise is driving me crazy. The static comes & goes. The woman's voice does not match her lips and as another reviewer said, the size of the video is fairly small. I'm glad I did not actually spend money on this. I'm going to try to make it to the last lesson. I wish it had a quiz section to test what you learned, but this is only a $10 program.

    Software is not user friendly at all, choppy sound, small screen and no settings at all to adjust. I do not recommend at all.

    My operating symtem is window 10 and this production did not function well.
    I try compatability program and the audio portion is unaceptable.
