"The outside of the iMac is in great condition, with no scratches and everything is clean, like new. The keyboard and mouse are also working perfectly well, although the mouse cable is quite short, so I use a third-party mouse. However, the main issue is that I'm trying to upgrade it to the latest version, but it's not working. It starts perfectly, but then stops and won't move again. I don't know what the issue is. Additionally, the system is slowing down. As a Windows user, I tried to switch to Windows using Boot Camp, but it didn't work. It started, then stopped, and I got an error message saying 'Boot Camp installation failed. The disk does not have enough space to be successfully partitioned.' But the drive is 1TB, and I was able to partition 500GB on my MacBook Pro last time. Why isn't it working now? It seems like the seller should have checked the issues before putting it up for sale."

5.0 out of 5 stars Refurbished is a good thing

This is a refurbished 2017 iMac, that I must say,
looks like it's brand new to me.
It came preloaded with macOS 10.15 Catalina,
which I bumped up to macOS 13.6 Ventura.
This computer was gifted to me by my family
in order to replace an older iMac that died on me.
The package also included a keyboard and mouse.
I am totally happy with with this iMac, really pleased.
High quality product, great price and fast delivery.
I would, without hesitation, buy from this company again.

3.0 out of 5 stars Not sure it was actually tested

The provided keyboard would not work. Nor would my third party keyboard when plugged in using a wire. Miraculously, the third party keyboard did work when I used the wireless USB dongle, so I was then able to complete the setup process and then connect an old Apple wireless keyboard via Bluetooth once logged in. That said, they really need to test these as packaged. That was a hassle and wasted a good chunk of my time. Hopefully, this is the only problem I run into.
