    I got this scooter for my daughter to help her get around her college campus, and it’s been amazing. It’s super lightweight but still really sturdy, so she can carry it into her dorm or class without any trouble. She’s been using it every day and says the ride is super smooth. The battery lasts plenty long enough for her to get to class and run errands. It’s not too fast, which makes me feel better about her safety, but it’s fast enough to save her time. Charging it is simple, and putting it together when it arrived was a breeze. She keeps telling me it’s her favorite way to get around because it’s so convenient and saves her from dealing with parking headaches. If you’re looking for a practical and eco-friendly option for a college student, I’d definitely recommend this scooter.

    First, the packaging was very, very good with this scooter. It arrived safely with no damage. Unpacking and assembly was really very straightforward. In fact, I only looked at the instructions when I was done to get the link to the phone app. All of the tools that you need are provided and it only took a few minutes to get everything together and to get on the road.

    Overall, I am really impressed with this scooter. I got the 350W motor version with a top speed of 19 mph. I really wasn’t sure if that was going to be enough for me, and I wasn’t sure how well it would carry me around, as I am 220 lbs. Well, I should not have been concerned! The frame of the scooter is built really strong with very nice welding. It should be able to handle my weight with no issue! The motor is strong and has no problem zipping up to the top speed of 19 mph. It’s also very smooth, no jerkiness at all with the throttle response: just nice, even power coming from the motor. Frankly, I was pretty surprised what this feels like at 19 mph. The scooter is very stable at all speeds, but 19 mph feels very different when you are completely exposed on a scooter as opposed to driving in a car. To me, 19 mph feels really fast and is probably as fast as I would want to go on a scooter. I had also been looking at electric bikes that can go up to 40 mph, and now that just seems like it would be crazy scary to me. 19 mph is plenty fast if you are just zipping around city blocks, running errands, or to take a quick run to the store. This was the biggest surprise to me with this scooter. I thought I was going to feel like the top speed was lacking, but I am actually quite satisfied with the performance and glad that I bought this particular model.

    I would definitely recommend the Volpam 350W scooter to others. It’s a lot of fun, convenience, and value for such a low price. I am super happy with the quality and performance!

    This electric scooter is amazing! With a top speed of 19 MPH and a range of up to 23 miles, it’s perfect for daily commutes or leisurely rides. The 350W motor provides plenty of power, and the 8.5” solid tires offer a smooth ride on various surfaces. I love that it’s foldable for easy storage, and the adjustable handlebars make it comfortable for different heights.

    I purchased this electric scooter for my mom for her birthday. She said it is best present ever. She’s able to use it to run errands every day. It just takes one click to fold, easy for storage purposes, and to stand open, ready to use. She used it for three days already, and it still has four out of five bars of power left. The scooter is fast and reliable. The light in the front illuminates the path, and the ringing of the bell is loud and clear to warn people, out of the way!! She’s only had good things to say about this scooter.

    After doing a large amount of research on wattage, brands, and designs I decided to bite the bullet and go with the SP06 version of the Volpam Scooter.

    Before continuing, my application for this scooter was to take it on our RV camping adventures where the campgrounds could range from smooth paved roads to dirt/gravel trails having a lot of debris or stones so suspension and ride quality was what I am looking for.

    The SP06 is a no frills entry level 350w scooter that is perfect for the person on a budget.
    Solid no flat tires are a plus, however the claims of the honeycomb creating a smoother ride are not valid. I am a 200lb rider, my first impression on regular pavement was not enjoyable and you can feel every imperfection and pebble on the road. The vibrations through the scooter themselves, although uncomfortable due to the lack of any suspension, also lead me to believe the reliability could be affected over time due to the shaking.

    From a power perspective, on a flat grade I was very surprised at how quickly this would get me up to speed even at the 200lb upper limit of the vehicle, however once I approached even the slighted grade (maybe 5%) the power would max out and I would slowly come to a halt. For a lighter person, this may be enough but as most campgrounds have many hills this simply would not be suitable for my application.

    Overall setup of the scooter was very easy, the packaging seemed very robust and solid which is a plus to protect the scooter during shipping. All items were included and the overall quality was better than expected for the price point.

    Ultimately as this was not the option for me, I choose to return the unit and opt for the SP01 version (500w, dual suspension). At the time of this review I have received and can confirm the ride quality and hill climbing ability are more than suitable for our camping adventures and I will be writing a review for that model in the coming weeks after our first trip.
