We liked the drone for the short while we had it. At times there were issues connecting the drone to the controller. Ultimately the drone didn't respond to the stop function and we lost it. The camera never showed on the app.
Update:
Shortly after posting the review. Mary from Customer service reached out to me and sent us a new drone. It came in the mail 2 days later. She was very professional and helpful. Provided us with more tips for flying the drone.
