The first one I got was neatly packaged. I would not have known that it was a refurbished item. Then I placed an order for 2 more. Those 2 were just thrown in the box with the cords wrapped around them. One was missing the ethernet cable and both needed a firmware update. The firmware update was painless though and the phones are working great.
Just be aware that this is not a new product and there may be missing parts.
