    The exterior packaging was undamaged, but the product inside had multiple points of impact damage. The foam was neither thick enough, nor well positioned enough to prevent the damage.
    Other reviews noted this as a quiet unit, and it isn't exceptionally noisy, but it is audible from two rooms away with doors open.
    Overall, this did not meet expectations. So far, it does keep temperature well enough.
