I received these and i could not get them to work with my iPhone 15 which is on a beta version of IOS 17 but that shouldn't have mattered. YouTube videos were no help. One thing i found on the web was a mention of the Rode app. I downloaded it and my Go2 needed an update. As soon as the update was complete the Go2 connected and performed flawlessly. It's a really good app too for PC as well as phones.

The media could not be loaded.
 This is not the products fault but the product came squished inside of a torn up box. That said, I thought well the product should be ok… nope the mic doesn’t turn on. It will flash blue when I connect the charger and that’s it nothing else. It won’t charge after trying a few outlets and many usb-c cables it still won’t work. For a product this price I’d expect better.

WHERE ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS?!? These truly are great microphones which you can probably figure out by the amount of content creators we see wearing them. That’s definitely why I jumped in and purchased. They come with a small instruction booklet which are comparable to those of IKEA. Except IKEA’s are better. I had to watch 3 YouTube Video’s to figure out how to actually record. And scroll through pages and pages on their website to finally find the software downloads. Then I had to buy another cable to even be able to use them and the software in order to connect to my Mac. Annoying, especially when these aren’t that cheap. I will say (maybe in their defense), that I have no clue what I’m doing. I still don’t know what a USB C cable is or what the letters all mean but I know now that I need it to get my audio.

It's terrible. I have to yell in it and even when I do, the sound is in and out. Find something else cuz this ain't it. I'm giving it five stars so you can see this comment, otherwise I'd give it a one and a return cuz wtf.

Most Go Pro users will want a wireless microphone setup for their Go Pro. This is the one to get, hands down. You attach the receiver module to the Go Pro cold shoe (on the Media Mod) and then you can either use the microphone on the unit, or use a lavilier microphone as I do. For motorcycle blogging this is the only way to fly.
The system pairs effortlessly as between transmitters and the receiver. You will want to download the Go Pro app before using in order to upgrade the bios and check settings. Very easy to do.
Using this Rode setup with the Rode lavalier microphone has worked perfectly for me in my motorcycle blogging, and I totally recommend this setup. RJB.
