Double sided copying without putting in the glass you can go right to the document feeder. I love the instant ink.

I love this printer. After having a cheap printer for years, this one is a pleasure to use. It was easy to set up, maintains its wifi connection (my last one needed to be reconnected every time I wanted to use it), quiet and fast. The only negative is that the cartridges are expensive.

This is an excellent product for me. I'm a fan of HP. I got this product a couple of months ago and still have it in test mode. As of yet I have not had any issue with this product. The shipping was fast, easy transaction, and also easy to install.

Purchased from Staples in 2019.
For standard Paper OKAY......but it won't pick up HP Photo Paper......or Jams or prints only a half sheet.
I've cleaned the Rollers both manually and with Printer cleaning Sheet.
Tech Support appears to be in Asia and useless. May buy another brand.

Setting up this printer and connecting to computers has been a pain. It took hours of trying different workarounds to connect. We also have an HP laptop thats been glitching out ever since it was new. Do yourself a favor and try another brand, HP quality is not what it used to be.
