Great Beginners Kit

I’m very pleased with this kit! I’ve been crocheting for a long time now and whole so wouldn’t say I am an expert or anything like that I am pretty good at it. This kit is really well put together. It includes everything you’ll need to get started like the hook, stitch markers, the pots for your flowers, scissors, and a glue stick.

I found the yarn to be easy to work with. It did separate here and there but nothing that I haven’t experienced with other yarns. The end result is beautiful and can be given away as a handmade gift when you’re done.

I definitely recommend these for beginners and yes even kids. I learned the art of crochet at a young age and if we would have had something like this to get back then I believe I would have honed in on my craft even better than I did then. I had to relearn as an adult is why I say that. If I would have had one of these I probably wouldn’t have forgot so easily how to crochet.

I highly recommend this kit to anyone looking to get some more experience under their belt or if your trying to teach this craft to someone else it’s a great kit.

This is a great kit for beginners. My niece wanna try something new for her art project. This is a great kit including all is needed. Very cute daisy pots. She just can’t wait to start.

Instructions lacking

The printed instructions are very basic and do not include information on how to insert the wires/assemble the flowers. There is a QR code that is supposed to give more info/detailed instructions but the link does not work. Will try to figure it out but it is def NOT a "beginner" project if you have to figure out so much on your own. Hook size is weird. It has a 4.0 and 3.0 printed on the handle - but it is much smaller than the standard 3.0/4/0 hooks my wife already has.

So this is a really cool idea for learning how to crochet. It is definitely not for beginners though with how cheap the products are. It is very hard to learn crocheting with a cheap hook and cheap yarn.
