My rats love these treats! I noticed that these treats have a simpler list of ingredients and more muted colors than the other brand I had been using. Comparing ingredient lists, the crunchy bears have 3 short lines of ingredients listed in a normal font - versus 7 long lines of ingredients in a tiny, barely legible font for the other brand, including lots of chemicals and dyes. Note: I use these sparingly, as a convenient treat. I know they're not as good as fruits (apples, berries) and vegetables (broccoli, etc.). But compared to other processed treats, I think they're pretty good. And my rats love them.

Our pet rats really like these treats. I can't personally attest to the taste but by how fast the rats grab these from my hand, I would say they probably taste good.

Our hamster loves these little bears. It’s a nice little treat to give him once in a while.

This is his treat training bag. Rn we are potty training. Since I got the playpen set up I didn't realize that they (have 2) weren't potty trained. That makes sense since they went in there cage. I am halfway down in the bag rn so will be re ordering another.

He is slowly getting the idea. Once the new litter box gets here on Monday will update with photos.

I give him 2 at night in his "litter cage part". To reinforce, I give him 2 in the morning in his litter training wheel box. If he goes there I sometimes will give him on as a reward, but usually I do praise.

After he gets the new litter box, he will be getting 2 there, so that way it's reinforced. He won't get any in the other one. In the playpen my goal is 3 litter boxes. At each stage, when he gets a new box, he will get 2 to know that this where I need to go. After awhile it will be 1 and then none.

So, if having difficulty bc my bun bun can be stubborn find out what your bunny likes and use that as motivation.

Eventually, once done with potty will do other tricks.

I got the 2nd new bag one Wed March 13th. You can see how many you get in the new one. The old one was gonna expire in about 2 years. I went through it pretty quickly.

You can see how I hid my treats. I can't hide them to far in otherwise they could fall through which one did. Even tonight since he is getting better I only did 2 in the litter box I want him 2 use. He does still use his training wheel one bc that's where I noticed he likes to ????. Well be upgrading to a new one in about a week.

It took a couple of days for my bunny to want to give these a try. He would sniff them and then hop away because it was different than his normal treats. However, on about day 3, he finally nibbled on one and loved it! Now, as soon as he hears me open the bag he comes running for one. :)

These also work great to place inside foraging mats and enrichment toys.

Bunny approved! (And he’s a picky eater)
