This story was so beautiful, Q was man with a big heart,Vivian was young women with even a bigger heart who was broken and Q first notice her he fell for her and scoop her up.He finally wore her down and she agreed to married him,but after they do Q is doing all he can do get her to walk away and she doesn't understand but she trys to stand by his side but he is breaking her heart,Q finally gets his head on straight and it's almost to late ,but he begs,grovel and bleeds and she says yes too a second chance.I found it so heart felt when each month goes by when she doesn't get pregnant, she has so much love and a big heart and Q needs a second chance to be a better father.Last but least,this book made me cry when Karma passes,I knew she had poor heart before her second pregnancy but I just thought there would be a happy ending,,!

Quentin who is a much older version of his son. Thinks he has found the one. But, he is afraid that she will leave and has barely given Vivian a chance to brove she is the one.
Vican who has always put herself last and her sister and father first after her mother died and her father became sick. Loves with all her heart and soul. Vivian is not one who gives up easily and stick things out. Which, Quentin was not expecting from Vivian. Quentin does find his way back to Vivian and makes up for it in more than one way. This was ax hard to put down read.

Quentin and Vivian story goes from being left at the alter to marrying his father. Vivian is relieved when her groom gets a change of heart because she find her true love but there is a big heart break in this one that I did not see coming and I am kinda mad about it. Can’t wait for the next one to come out.

Is there such a thing as too much steam? I turned page after page of dom/sub to find the plot. Too many tropes in one book, and none of them were developed fully. It's the same story as this author's other books...just the names have been changed. Fair warning though: chapter 42 will gut you.

I have found all of L. Steele’s stories to be enjoyable and worth reading.
Quentin & Vivian’s story is a good read, with a few surprises that will certainly raise eye brows..perhaps provoke tears. Like all before it, the end of this book made me mark my calendar for the next story release!
