    This little Glocusent USB Rechargeable Book Light may be the best thing I've ever ordered on Amazon. In addition to it working simply and perfectly, it's small and unobtrusive. It's also adorable! So many colors to choose from! I chose the aqua/turquoise color, and I couldn't be happier.

    My eyes are very tired and sensitive by the end of the day, and other lamps only exacerbated the problem. With all the choices this little book light offers in terms of brightness and light color, in addition to the ability to direct the light exactly where I want it, I'm able to read painlessly, which is just wonderful. Also, it's cordless (yay!) and rechargeable (double yay!!).

    This is THE perfect travel reading light. I have often been on a plane with seat mates busy watching their screens. The overhead light needed for me to read affects their viewing. This handy little light that I keep with my book is the answer. It takes up no space, weighs almost nothing and completely illuminates the printed page w/o disturbing anyone else. Also useful in hotels or Airbnbs where inadequate reading light is provided. I’ve gotten so used to its helpful light that I use it at home, where I can sit anywhere and read, rather than just next to a stationary reading light.
    This little light has different settings, both for brightness level and warmth of illumination. So far, no battery issues. I recharge using my phone charger. It holds a charge for many hours.
    This is the best light at a very reasonable price.

    My impressions of the first few days of use:

    High quality, well thought out design and a great value.

    I got this to be able to read in bed while lying down, head on the pillow and not having an overly bright pedestal light/lamp shining down from the headboard.

    Will keep you reading for hours with clarity while not having to light up an entire room. Multiple light intensities and even a choice of an amber lighting, all at the push of a button. Rechargeable by the built in USB head at the end of unit with a small removable cover over the end of the reading light.

    Clips onto the pages and directly lights right onto and only the books pages.

    Sleek and flexible side clip that holds it to the pages of the book.

    Happy and pleased with this purchase.

    Love this little reading light. I bought myself one months ago. It has multiple light settings and color options. It is very versatile. I brought several as a graduation gift and receipients love them for late night studying. Now I’ve bought more as Christmas gifts for my reader friends. Long lasting charge and so easy to recharge. Yes, I recommend!!

    While my son is at a lesson, I sit in my van to read. It gets dark early right now, so having this light is very helpful. I do wish the light spread a bit more side to side (the head swivels, so it's not a big deal), but overall it works great. I have found that clipping it to the edge of the book instead of the back works better for me. There are lots of options with light tone and intensity. The charge holds for a long time. I do keep mine in the van and only bring it in to charge while plugged into my laptop. It is recommended to not store the light in extreme temperatures. My van is parked in the garage so I am not overly concerned. It is small and lightweight. It has worked fine with both paperback and hardback books. I'm pleased with my purchase.

    I love this little light. It functions just as designed, and the clip and ability to angle make it very flexible to use in different situations. It’s perfect for reading after hubby wants to go to sleep…the light doesn’t bother him but the varying brightness allows me to see well. It’s great that you can change the “temperature” of the light from warm to cool. It seems very stable, and also has great battery life (so far). I have fallen asleep a couple of times with it on, and I have only charged it once.

    This is so lightweight and hooks securely to the pages of the book. Charging on a USB port is easy and long lasting. I have one bedside and it does not disturb by husband’s sleep. I like it so much that I purchased one for my car to read while waiting for kids during our dark winter afternoons at school. It’s the best book light I’ve ever had.

    I wanted a light that would allow me to read my books without needing a bigger light (or even reading lamp) on in the room. This fit the bill. The clip is hefty enough to clip around a hardcover book, and the light settings are versatile. I can't attest to the battery life as of yet, but I can say that charging it out of the box (to top it off before use) was easy, quick, and painless. Great little light. Folds up smaller than a pocket knife and very light. I will be buying more - one for each carry-on bag and a few for gifts.
