    I purchased this product thinking they were genuine HP ink cartridges. I acknowledge this was my mistake; however, the manufacturer purposely makes the packaging appear as if they are genuine HP cartridges. At first, they seemed to work in my HP printer, but as soon as I was outside of the return window, my printer shows an error message indicating that the cartridges are not compatible and thus unable to print. Don’t waste your $60 just to find out later that they won’t work in your HP printer.

    It's not HP but it's not the price either. So it's not bad if you don't use your printer allot, even though it's XL it does not print as much as HP XL but your paying allot less.

    I ordered these ink cartridges and very pleased I did. Inktrap is updated with the latest upgraded chips ensuring not only for compatibility with printers, but print quality is superb. Also provides up to four tines more prints. Quality of print is premium compared to other cartridges I have used in the past, Easy installation. I am a horrible, for lack of a better word , photographer. These ink cartridges printed out with beautiful colors of the picture I took of the sunset. I highly recommend this product.

    I did just that plus followed the video instructions. If I was lucky I could get 1 print job and then the error popped up again.
    Do not waste your money. Opt for the real thing!

    The print outs were so fuzzy not sharp at all. The quality of printing was equal to those of a dot printer. I bought the cartridge in June, used the printer very little, and was away for two months. When I started using the printer again, it stopped working and kept asking to remove the cartridge. Totally waste of money.
