I absolutely love this little, powerful portable fan.
The fan came fully charged & ready to cool you off.
It has a rechargeable 3000 mAh battery that you charge with the USB cable provided, that offers up to 24 hours of cooling on a full charge.
I hooked it up to my pc or phone to re-charge the battery.
The fan has 4 speeds. It easily clips to anything you are wearing or you can use the neck band or just place it on a table.
I was outside in the yard today. The temperature was a hot 85 degrees & this fan cooled me down when I had it on high.
The fan itself is made of black durable, light polymer plastic. There are 5 propeller blades that are so quiet. You don't even hear it running when you wear or hold it, but feel the powerful coolness.
I also put in on the table on my deck. It was so cool & soothing.
I highly recommend this product as a gift or if you do outside gardening when the temps outside are hot.

The fan is impressively powerful, seems like the design works great for moving a lot of air, also the noise, very decent, even on the highest setting, it’s pretty quiet, which I appreciate.
The battery life is also a big plus. On the lowest speed, it lasts up to 15 hours, and on the highest speed, it still gives me about 4 hours of use.
