Loved it! Hot and steamy with fun characters and an engaging plot. Kenji is hot and ruthless, while Nia is beautiful and strong. A fun, short read for when you don't have much time but need a fix.

This book was a good short read. Just wish Kenji had done more killing and fighting. I love a good fight. Book it was straight to the point and love at first sight.

I've been waiting for this series to start, and wow, did it start off with a banger. Imani Jay is a master writer of instalove, instalust HEA romances. And with this book, she ate and left no crumbs!!

Kenji wasn't a believer of love at first sight like his friends Alessio and Dmitry. That is until he saw Nia. He knew she belonged to him. Nia was just out with her girls having fun when she came face to face with Kenji. She knew her life was about to change. Overall, I loved this book. The storyline was awesome. The chemistry, passion, and flirtation between Kenji and Nia were ????????????????. I also loved that she included characters from her other mafia and bratva books. It made the story more fun to read. This was definitely an awesome start to the Book Boyfriend series. I look forward to reading the next book.

A little too short. Considering Ketani was Yakuza, there was very little action. This has been my !east favorite "Book Boyfriend" story so far.

Always good hot, and sexy this story takes you through a lot of emotions. Even being wet there, all I will say reading this just make sure you have someone with you to help scratch the itch, if not then get the toy handy you’ll need it.

Love a man who knows what he wants and goes after it. Sucks what he did in order to protect her. Loved that she gave him heck for months before listening to why he did it. Nice short story. Would love to read more of their story.
