Bought this generator for our rv. Searched for months to find the right one. This unit has wheels and an extendable handle for easy mobility. It weighs a little bit more than the others but the size is perfect. So far I have ran my whole 25ft camper on it and it's only used 1/2 load.
This unit also has a digital display that shows amps, volts, and hours used.to the right of the display it has a fuel gauge!
In the box it came with tools and oil to get it going.
So far this generator seems to be quiet and efficient.
I would recomend if your looking for a 30 amp to give it a shot! You will not be disappointed!

For the price the unit was quiet, had single pull starts 90 +% of the time, great functionality with capacity to run more than one power tool at a time and plenty of power to run a demanding sump pump and air compressor. Relatively easy to move around. Relatively small gas tank ran the whole day with frequent starts and stops, rather than continous runs. Not sure what the continous run time on one tank of gas would be, but estimate 2-3 hours.

I found that this generator has done exactly what it claims to be by just following the "Break in process" and change the oil after the alotted hours of first time run cycle also switch it to run out all the gas out of the carburetor before turning switch to full OFF that it gets a 5 star, nice an quiet running. Easy to move around, fair pricing. Easy starting and the extendable handle is a nice feature.

Generator works great enough power to run my AC TV and fan also charge two cell phones. Quiet only does not have the ability to convert to propane

Arrived on 2-day delivery schedule, it was well-packaged, without damage. The instructions were very well-written, a pleasant surprise (and the person who wrote them snuck a "ha ha" in there) Tools and initial oil included, serviced it up, started 2nd pull. Impressive! All outlets appear to be working fine. Overall, exactly what I wanted/needed. I'm so impressed, I'll be ordering a 2nd unit, same as this one.
A couple of minor points - Access to check the oil, while not too terribly difficult, could be made a lot easier were Dzus fasteners used instead of screws, with a finger hole in the panel to help pop the it off. And - the wheels appear to be quite loose on their axles - they rattle. Combined, they rattle louder than the unit runs. I'll be looking to shim them up to take out the rattle, in the meantime, I just jam a folded piece of an old sock between the wheel and housing - that works too :-)

This generator has not worked properly since the day I got it. We have to pull the cord 5-10x to start it, it's very loud, it chugs like it's running out of gas constantly, the gas cap literally pops off during use, and it shuts down when even less than 3500 watts are applied . The worst part is that we have contacted both Amazon and Wen multiple times in an attempt to 1st return it under the Amazon guarantee promises in the listing, or get warranty service to no avail. Amazon told us to call Wen and ignore their promise. And Wen had not replied to any of our 3 attempts to reach their car team. I feel like I was robbed of nearly $600!!
I wish I just bought another Grenkins - they run like a dream.

Update: changed from 2 stars to one. Since my original review I have received one reply from Web customer service, asking a bunch of question to which I responded, and have heard nothing more. It's as if they're trying to put me off till my warranty runs out.
Additionally, the fuel gauge stopped working and the unit takes 20-30 pulls to get started. We do all the regular maintenance and it's in good condition, per se. So there's no excuse.

Live 2 bdrm apt while on yr project. For a test, ran it loaded with refrigerator, small freezer, computer via load bank, 2 tvs for a couple of hours. No issue with load and quiet enough that neighbors and/or management did not complain.
